Association Research
As an association professional, your job depends on the ability to have a pulse on your membership. You need to know what your membership think and wants. When information is correctly gathered and analyzed, you have the power to attract, retain and develop your association members through valuable services and programs. You can also ensure your decisions make the most of limited resources and fulfill your association's mission statement.
In many cases, a survey is your most valuable tool in managing your membership. It can tell you what you need to know to successfully manage a growing membership program. It can also provide valuable information back to the organization’s members. Associations have used Insightrix to:
- Identify changes within their industry
- Conduct annual membership surveys
- Evaluate conferences and speakers
- Conduct polling for political purposes
- Measure member satisfaction
- Survey lapsed members for renewal programs
